🚗 Our Vehicle: Fiat Tipo
We operate primarily with the modern Fiat Tipo Sedan (or similar fleet) to provide a reliable, smooth, and cost-effective trip across Madeira's steep roads.
Maximum Passenger Capacity
Up to 4 passengers (including children and infants) as strictly enforced by local transport legislation.
Luggage Allowance
Maximum of 3 standard suitcases (approx. 20-23kg each) OR 4 compact cabin bags inside the trunk.
Weight & Safety Restrictions
For stability on the island's unique mountain terrains, combined baggage weight in the trunk must not exceed safe payload capacity (~75kg total luggage max).
📋 Operating Terms
One Booking = One Direct Ride
Each individual booking reference entitles the client to exactly one single direct journey from the pre-selected pick-up point to the final drop-off location. Multi-stop drop-offs are not permitted unless dynamically quoted and approved.
No Automatic Return Journey
All standard requests are registered as one-way trips. The courier/driver will not perform a return trip under the same reservation token unless a separate return transfer has been explicitly booked in our platform beforehand.
Safety Enforcement Policy
If passengers show up exceeding the maximum headcount of 4 people or with luggage that physical laws prevent from fitting safely into a standard sedan trunk, the driver reserves the right to decline the service on-site due to insurance policies.
